White label SEO reports: what carries your name, and what doesn’t
Five client-facing outputs: a GEO proposal signed with your agency name, a monthly SEO report, an AI citation report, AI visibility decks and raw data. Only the citation report can hide our name. None takes your logo or domain.

Limits
What isn’t white label yet
You can
Sign two outputs — “Prepared by” on a GEO proposal and a Get Cited report
Hide our name on Get Cited reports — from Brand up; it isn’t an Agency-only switch
Set your fee and the forecast sliders — before you create the proposal link
Add notes to a monthly report — per section, before it goes out
Read a draft before it sends — with recipients set, it’s emailed after 5 days by default
Bill client brands together — the Agency plan, with proposal links
You can’t yet
Add your logo, colors, domain or sending email
Hide our name elsewhere — monthly report, decks and proposal keep it
Show AI answer mentions in it — the white label report lists cited sources; mentions are in the deck, with our logo
Move the link off our address — and the tab keeps Get Cited’s icon
Print a clean PDF with browser headers on — turn them off or our name prints
Read a proposal as attribution — its revenue is a forecast from a model you can adjust, not clicks
Read from the code of AI Rankia, Get Cited and Content Hub on October 9, 2026.

AI Rankia: from our code. AgencyAnalytics doesn’t name the “select plans”. BrightLocal offers to “host reports on a custom domain”; its FAQ says you can’t (like reports.youragency.com).
If the report is the product, full white label matters. If the question is “does ChatGPT recommend us?”, you need a tool that runs prompts.
You can have both.
Drop our Sheet or CSV into your template, or send the Get Cited report, our name hidden, next to it.
Put the questions in the report.
Show the prompts, engines and dates behind every number, so clients can judge if those are their buyers’ questions.
FAQ
Questions people ask
What is a white label SEO report?
A report from a third-party tool sent under the agency’s brand: logo, colors, often its domain, tool name removed. AI Rankia doesn’t take your logo or domain; the Get Cited report carries your name and can hide ours.
Can I use my own domain?
No. Proposals and Get Cited reports open at an AI Rankia address, monthly reports at a Content Hub address. If the address matters, export the data and publish it in your own tool.
Can I edit the data before sending?
Not the numbers. On a proposal you set your fee and the forecast sliders before creating the link, and the link keeps them. On a monthly report you can add notes to each section before it goes out.
What should an SEO client report include?
Traffic, rankings, the work done and what comes next. If AI answers matter, add whether engines mention the brand, who they name instead and which sources they cite, over time.
How often should you send SEO reports to clients?
Monthly is the usual rhythm, and it is what Content Hub drafts by default. A custom date range covers quarterly reviews or the end of a campaign.
